There's a new podcast in town from the aforementioned(or afore-blogged-about) New Disruptors team. The 'Team' comprises of Glenn Fleishman from The Magazine and co-host Jane Friedman from Scratch. It's called The Periodicalist and focuses on new aspects of publishing and the business of writing.
Glenn brings his expertise from journalism, kickstarters, his time at Amazon and his other podcast, while Jane is an expert on getting writers paid (see Scratch). Their first episode, The Netflix of Books, looks at how startups are trying to entice subscribers into their plans, with only a handful of ebooks available.
