I was very impressed with the site and podcast I recently came across called The Author Biz, run by Stephen Campbell. The podcast I heard was delving deep into the tricks used by prolific self publisher Mark J Dawson, a British author who writes like some sort of superhuman (a novel in 6 weeks!) and is a natural born marketer.
The site itself is full of these sorts of gems and comes highly recommended from StoryWorld.
