Anthony Horowitz is one of my favourite authors. I once said (at the age of 24) that when I grow up, I want to be Alex Rider, the 14 year-old spy. Anthony is a great (and fast) speaker and I was able to go and see him at the Bath Forum where he entertained a packed house and answered questions. He's the creator of Alex Rider, The Power of Five, Foyles War and The Diamond Brothers. He's currently writing the official continuations of Sherlock Holmes and James Bond, the second Tintin movie, and he presumably never sleeps.
